Clinical Pilates differs from standard Pilates only in that the principles have been adapted to improve the safety and effectiveness of the exercises, and highlight the key elements that actually do improve back and neck pain.
Our Clinical Pilates classes are taught by highly experienced Physiotherapists with post-graduate training in Clinical Pilates (APPI Qualified) and movement dysfunction ensuring that your sessions are effective and safe. As well as treating the symptoms we aim to identify the cause, correct any postural problems, muscle imbalance or movement dysfunction.
Are you unconvinced about the power of Pilates? Why not take a few minutes to read this article published in The Times last month “Pilates not painkillers the best cure for backache”
If you are interested in joining our classes, please pop into the clinic and speak to a member of our team, email email@example.com or telephone 01462 735700. We would be delighted to answer any of your questions. Please be aware that places are limited as to keep our class sizes to a maximum of 8 people.
