Our highly-qualified and experienced team specialise in a vast range of therapies to meet the needs of our patients; some of which includes Sport Injuries, Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Injection Therapy and Acupuncture.

Continuous professional development in our team is incredibly important to ensure we provide the best and clinically effective treatments for our patients recovery.

Mandy Watson

Senior Partner

Mandy is the Senior Founding Partner and Clinical Director. Since qualifying Mandy has continued to hone her skills in Orthopaedic, Rehabilitative and Sports Medicine., Mandy is a qualified physiotherapy acupuncturist (accredited by the AACP), holds multiple qualifications with the Australian Pilates Physiotherapy Institute (AAPI) and has been qualified to offer Injection Therapy as an adjunct to other treatments since 2006.

Mandy has lectured at Masters level at the University of Hertfordshire in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Injection Therapy and continues to strive towards providing all her patients with the most up to date, evidenced based treatments to support a return to normal function.

As the Clinical Director, Mandy is passionate about ensuring all patients experience high-quality, clinically effective and compassionate care.

In her spare time, Mandy enjoys walking, running, gardening, skiing and looking after her 4 cats.

Sam Gunter

Practice Manager

Sam is our Practice Manager, overseeing the running of the clinic, marketing and business development. Sam helps to ensure all our patients have a positive customer experience at the clinic.
In her spare time, Sam enjoys travelling, cycling, walking and trying/failing to train her dogs!

Receptionist

Our Receptionist Vicky joined the team in June 2015 from an extensive background in the public sector. Vicky is one of the first contacts you meet at the practice and it’s her responsibility to keep our diaries running smoothly as well as other administrative tasks.
In her spare time, Vicky enjoys cooking, gardening and walking her two dogs.

Tracy Draper

Physiotherapist

Tracy attained a first class BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and has subsequently specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has also completed a BSc (Hons) degree in sports science, is a qualified Musculoskeletal Acupuncturist and is a fully certified APPI Pilates instructor.
Tracy has worked within the NHS, private practice, charity sector and in sports. She has a special interest in football, running and triathlon.

Susie Rogers

Physiotherapist

After first gaining a professional diploma in sports massage, Susie underwent a degree in Physiotherapy as a mature student. Susie is specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with a special interest in spinal conditions, core stability and deep tissue muscle techniques. She is also a qualified Acupuncturist and is currently studying Physiotherapy at Masters level.
In her spare time Susie enjoys snowboarding, badminton and walking.

Rachel Calder

Physiotherapist

Rachel specialises in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has previously volunteered for the Multiple Sclerosis Society and currently runs an exercise group for the National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society in the south of Hertfordshire. Rachel has a special interest in Acupuncture.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures and sites

Becky Sessions

MSK & Women's Health Physiotherapist

Becky qualified from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. She worked at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital for three years before working for Ramsay Healthcare UK.
She won a scholarship to Bradford University and graduated with a Post Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy in Women's Health.
Becky treats Musculoskeletal patients as well as specialising in Women's Health.

Rob Jones

Physiotherapist

Rob graduated from Southampton University with a BSc (Hons) and has since worked in both NHS and private clinics.
Rob is a senior clinician, responsible for mentoring and developing other Physiotherapists in a local trust. With experience working with the academy at Stevenage Football Club and several internships with professional rugby clubs, Rob has a particular interest in treating shoulder and back problems. He uses a combinations of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation and is also qualified in the use of Acupuncture for pain relief.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym. Although spare time is now limited after recently becoming a dad!

Amy Pelling

Sports Therapist

Amy is qualified in level 4 sports massage qualification and level 2 gym instruction. By June 2018 she will have completed level 5 advanced soft tissue techniques qualification, a 24-week module in nutrition and be level 5 qualified in sports injures. By June 2019 she will be a fully qualified level 6 sports therapist.
Amy enjoys a good adventure, especially when it involves activities like hiking, biking or running.
